Accommodation in Florence
The Institute helps only the enrolled students offering a list of the available accomodations in Florence. Each student should contact the owner for fixing the price and determining the other services. The Institute is not a property agency and it doesn’t assume any responsability for the apartments and their conditions.
Students, after finding the accomodation, must communicate to the secretariat office their new address in Florence, in order to allow the correct updating of their personal didactic data. The exact address is part of the personal didactic documentation which the Institute must exhibit during the compulsory periodical checks for the acknowledgment of the courses. The address will also be included in the confidential didactic secretariat database and it will not be shared with any other third party without a previous student written authorization. The personal address is considered as a private personal information and only public institution in respect of Italian law can have access to it.
It’s absolutely forbidden any money transfer to our Institute for payments regarding students accomodations. Eventually swift sent for this reason, will be sent back to the sender. The enrolled students can send money for the accomodation, only if it is included as a service in the chosen didactic course, as for example in the case of enrolment in a residential practical internship.
