Since the academic year 2009-2010, the Institute is offering some new and innovative masters in the field of conservation. Each of them will have a duration of 1000 hours, including 200 hours of practical internship which will consist in a percentage of 80% of laboratory activities and practical internship sessions and the other 20% in theoretical activities.
Each master will focus only one of the course sectors, as fixed by the recent DM 87/2009.
The Masters currently activated on the year 2009-2010 are the following two:
Management of Interventions of Restoration of Paintings
Management of Interventions of Restoration of Frescoes
The date of beginning of the Masters 2010-2011 is fixed on the11th October 2010.
The Masters activities 2010-2011 will be suspended from 11st to 13rd November 2010 in order to allow students free participation to the events and the technical meetings programmed during the second edition of the International Florence Art and Restoration Fair.
