REDUCTION OF THE TUITION FEES 2013-2014
The Institute doesn’t receive any public fund for the management of its academic courses in Florence. We can finance our activities only by means of the tuition fees. For this reason the Institute cannot grant scholarships for the courses, but only some reductions of the tuition fees, except for the exam taxes.
All the reductions showed in the following sections will be granted to the enrolled students:
July and September 2013
Triennial academic courses 2013-2016 – starting 7 October 2013.

Reduction for validation of the entry credits
Applicants can ask for a validation of their study titles or sector professional experience in order to obtain a reduction of the tuition fee. After that the Credit Validation Committee has reviewed and processed the applicant study titles and professional experiences, the Institute Direction, will calculate the number of the eventual didactic credits to grant and the amount of the eventual reductions of the tuition fee. A credit is equivalent to 25 hours of study; it includes frontal sessions, laboratory, practical works, internships, seminars and meetings, researches and individual work.
The system of validation of entry credits can be used for the enrolment in the first academic year but in particular to all the direct enrolment in the second and in the third academic years.
Summer Courses include didactic sessions which are very different from academics didactic programmes. Anyway, the enrolment in the summer courses can give a reduction of the tuition fee of the academic courses. This reduction will be applied only for the enrolments in the academic courses whose study plan is strictly connected to the followed summer courses.
For more detailed information, see the selected course form and the related schedule.

Notice
All the Fidelity or Agreement Reductions are granted only after a written authorization by the Direction and can be cumulated to other reductions as for example the entry credits reductions
The amount of the reductions is clearly showed in the section Changes at the bottom of the Administrative Regulations.
The total amount of the reductions, validated and granted by the Institute, will be proportionally distributed in the instalments provided by the Administrative Regulations of each course.
